Terms of Service
Last updated: TBD (set at launch)
These terms govern your use of RackBase. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. This is a starter draft and must be reviewed by counsel before launch.
The service
RackBase is a directory and marketplace that helps buyers discover digital-infrastructure facilities and run procurement workflows (RFQs, offers, collaboration) with providers. RackBase is a platform; we are not a party to any agreement you reach with another user.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for any company you represent or claim.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, bulk-export, or resell the directory data.
- Don't misrepresent your identity or a company you claim.
- Don't upload unlawful content or interfere with the platform's operation or security.
Listings & data
Facility and company listings are aggregated from publicly available sources and are provided “as is,” without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Capacity, connectivity, and compliance details should be independently verified before you rely on them. Trademarks and logos shown belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Provider claims
Claiming a company grants the ability to manage its marketplace presence after review. We may approve, decline, or revoke a claim at our discretion to protect data integrity.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, RackBase disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the outcome of any transaction between users.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Questions: [contact email — set at launch].
